It was a unique experience! As far as I know, Mariana is the only person in Europe organising this kind of trip (…) I recommend it to anyone who wants to explore their sexuality or, at least, get to know a city and its culture from a more erotic perspective.

It was a very special trip for me, full of new learning, reflections and experiences (…) they were incredible moments that I highly recommend, all carefully chosen to match the theme of the trip!

I highly recommend it to all empowered women. I'll go again as soon as I have the chance and the time. Thank you Mariana, it was amazing!

My friends and I had an amazing afternoon with Mariana from Soulful Cycles on my birthday. Mariana planned a visit to Pensão Amor followed by a private session just for us: a judgment-free space where talking about pleasure and sexuality feels completely natural and relaxed. I left having learned so much and much more aware of how important Mariana's mission is.

Amazing planning of the hen party, with a smooth flow between all the different moments, making it an incredibly fun and light-hearted day!

I've known Mariana for about 7 years, and in recent years I've had the pleasure of working with her on several projects. I only have the best things to say. Mariana is kind, conscious and empathetic, and she always seeks to be better informed and educated so she can better support her community. She is very competent at what she does, has a sharp critical sense and always brings very positive contributions to the projects she takes part in. One of the things I admire most is her fighting spirit: she stands up for what she believes is right and is always a step ahead in supporting and defending human rights and minorities, while staying empathetic and rational and talking about what matters without burning bridges! Above all, Mariana is a lovely and fun person who makes everyone feel truly safe in her presence, something that is essential these days!

Being in these sessions was so much better than I expected. Everything we talk about is incredibly important; I even feel it should be taught in schools! I think everyone should go to a few sessions with you, they would learn so much! (…) With our guest and our conversations I learned more than from all the posts I tried to read, haha. I really loved the experience, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

They created a safe space for us to express ourselves. (…) I really liked the energy of the trainers and the activities planned were well thought of and diverse. They took time to listen and validate everyone's opinion without judging.

One of the best parts of the training course was, without a doubt, the trainers. They were helpful, committed, insightful and always there for us. Between games, talks and laughs, I really learned about sex education. Thank you!

I found it very relaxed. Everything was covered in an open and even fun way, so much so that I chose to stay until the end, even after time was up. I really liked it, well done Mariana!

The session was very educational, for both the girls and the boys. This way all of us students could learn something about the menstrual cycle.
